We believe so strongly in our products and our ability to match what you design online that we’ve established a simple money back guarantee:
If our product does not arrive looking as you created it on this site or if it has a material flaw, we will refund your money. It’s that simple!
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds based on incorrect shirt sizes. We do offer size charts and customer reviews of products to assist with choosing sizes prior to ordering. We simply have no way of knowing if each customer will fit in the size they order.
To ensure a timely refund, we request you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so we may provide you with a return authorization number. Returned items must be unworn and in as-new condition.
If replacements of items are needed for any reason, or if the items need to be inspected by our team for flaws that are not noticeable in photographs, the items must be returned before replacements are sent out.
Does the price include embroidery?
Yes! Almost all of the logos we receive from customers have no issue transferring to digitized embroidery and qualify for free embroidery.
Logos that are 11,000 stitches or below will ALWAYS be FREE! If your logo is more dense or has a higher stitch count, our team will work with you on how to revise or continue. Additional Fees may apply. Our free embroidery program includes one logo placement on the left chest of the chosen garment. If you would like the logo in a different spot, we will gladly adjust for FREE!
1st Location is FREE, but what if I want the logo in 2 places or even 3?
No Worries! If you would like the second logo embroidered on the sleeve or back yoke, simply add $6.99 per location. To add names, simply add $8.99 each.
Are there price breaks for Embroidered items?
To make your life easier and the ordering process, we chose one single GREAT price for each embroidered item. This also helps you to mix and match colors!
Do I have to Order the same Color Item and Style for Embroidery?
Oh no! Mix and match all you would like!
Can you remove the background from my image?
Absolutely. In the “Design Notes” area, please include a note that you would like the background removed. These notes go straight to the artist working on your order. Should they have any questions/concerns, they will contact you.
How do I submit my logo?
You are able to upload your logo during the design phase or at checkout. We accept .jpg, .png, and .gif files. Other file formats such as .ai, .eps, .pdf, .jpeg, .psd, etc. can be sent to info@brandupapparel.com (Just reference your order number in the subject line). Our graphic team will get to work on your logo within 2-3 business days and will send you a proof. After your logo is approved, we will get busy doing what we do best!
Free embriodery?
If you order 4 items or more (ANY 4) or spend $50 in merchandise, you get that individual logo digitized for FREE for life! Want to test us on a smaller order? We understand… and will charge you only $49.99.
Will I get to see a proof of my logo before production?
Of course. We want you to be confident of your order with BrandUp Apparel! Unless it is an exact reorder, you always see an ‘e-proof’ of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed!
Is there a fee for Embroidery on re-orders?
No way! Free Logo for Life! If you choose to re-order with a new logo, it would have to requalify for the free digitizing program… No big deal!
Are there any fees for editing my logo for embroidery?
Most logos only need minor tweaks…That is FREE. If adjustments are needed such as adding outlines, adding, altering, designing, etc… we may charge a small one-time- $24.99 Logo Edit Fee. We will notify you immediately if this charge applies.
If you would like to add an additional size of your logo on file (in addition to your free one), we can do just that! Our experts can resize your logo for a one-time Logo Sizing Fee of $19.99 per size.
What are the size restrictions for embroidery?
For best results, we do not exceed 4” by 4” embroidered logos…this is industry standard. Words, letters, or designs should be larger than 3/16 of an inch in order to stitch out beautifully. If there are small details in your logo, we may need to revise or remove. Do not stress! We will work with you through the process.
